All you need is an interest in art and your own creativity to help foster stress-reduction, self-expression, healing, and fun.
Activities include: creating your own art, viewing works of art at the Portland Art Museum, and discussion.
Materials: Paint, canvasses, and a wide variety of art supplies will be provided at no cost.
