Minimum Standards for Inclusion in the RVP Volunteer Provider Network

A primary goal of the Returning Veterans Project is to serve as conduit for mental health and health care practitioners who wish to volunteer their professional services to returning veterans, military members and their families. 1.    The volunteer practitioner must be covered by a current malpractice                            insurance policy applicable to the services to be rendered; and
2.    The volunteer practitioner must be licensed by a state professional board in             Oregon and/or Washington; or
3.    The volunteer practitioner must be working under the supervision of a                          licensed practitioner as part of the volunteer’s post-graduate,                                             state-contracted work toward licensure.

Our network includes Oregon and southwest Washington. If you are outside this area, please visit our link & resources page to find national organizations.
